Be naked as you are. Be honest in what you be. Move intimately in what you know. Trust totally in what you don’t know. See wisely the unseen. Conceive perfectly the unborn. Receive nurturance from the breast of existence. Enter Lady Nirvana in total trust, dissolve, explode and die. Allowing, vulnerability to consume you. Allowing reality to embody you. Stepping in to the unknown love. Stepping in to exquisitely perfect unknown knowing. In these ways, be intimately loving and true.

All real Tantra really is, is just pure light. Real Tantra is just pure light. There’s nothing fancy about it. It’s just pure light. You can be sitting in lotus, or in Tantric embrace, or you can be sitting on the toilet. In the end, Tantra is just pure light. Pure Truth. It is nothing fancy. It’s just who you truly are.

So Tantra will get you from you to be and Tantra will not tell you how, Tantra will simply steal everything from you, including you, so that all that is left is be. Tantra will take you from A to B and then you will See.

Learn to love yourself. Learn to fully love and make love with yourself. How will you love anyone, until you love yourself. Essentially to love yourself is a deep step into being. Essentially to love yourself is only being. In being, feel how real you are. In simple intimate being, experience how real love can be. Be with yourself, totally naked and just lay with you. Just lay in your body and feel how real you are. Be aware of every cell in your body and allow every cell in your body to pulsate with the entire universe. Be aware of how every cell in your body pulsates perfectly with the entire universe. Be aware of how every cell of your body is fully intelligent and fully aware of itself and everything. Notice how when you activate this intrinsic intelligence, the whole of you and everything dances in divine harmony. Notice how natural it is for your heart to be very open, very true and very real. And notice that when your heart is so open, you are naturally real, free, open and true.

Tantra
Tantra is such that the less you do, the more happens. In tantra the more your energy is still, the more your energy explodes. Your energy is silent and yet your beingness is exploding. Your energy is totally still and yet your beingness has expanded so much that it has expanded with and into the whole. You were still and then that stillness merges with the whole. It is like a mystery. You were a seed, very cocooned and quiet and then you were expecting to slowly sprout and grow gently towards the sky. Instead there was just one moment of total stillness and then a total absence exploding into infinity. It literally makes no sense. Pure nonsense, totally irrational and yet reality, reality has emerged; A simple reality of all and everything and absolutely nothing.
